Busy busy busy...That's the never ending theme that describes my life best, but I'm not complaining. The girl's have celebrated their 6th birthday - very hard to believe. They performed for their 3rd year at the "spirit day" football game. I think I just might have some cheerleaders on my hands. I survived my first year "organizing" the PTC Halloween Carnival. (Couldn't have done it without so many of you!!!). Halloween parties at school are done and of course the big night itself.
Julia was the ice princess, but in a nice way. I like to just say she was the blue princess. She got to wear make-up and granny helped to fix her hair in a bun; she looked so grown up.
Megan was a witch. A don't fix my hair, no make-up and black rain boots witch. Julia, Megan & I (along with our travel buddies) decorated ourselves with glow sticks and partied the night away at the Ellis Annual Bash. They can sure throw a fun party. We stayed until 11:30 p.m. and despite all the sugar that was coursing through their little bodies, they all still crashed in the car on the way home. The sign of a successful party.
Holly...my "2 YEAR OLD" Holly. She has so much to learn. She refused to wear her costume; we were lucky to get the few pictures of her that we do have from that night. Needless to say, she (and her frown) and daddy didn't get to make it to the party and she was in bed early.
This last picture is what I like to call the "staple" that you will find in every one of my posts. It's the pop-eye. She's got that look down pat.
Everyone have a great week!!!
